Efter overtagelsen af den fine gamle biograf konstaterede foreningen, at den gamle lysstyring med variotransformator var udskiftet med et kinesisk trådløst system til lysstyring, der kun kunne betjenes via en lille kontrolboks.
Derved kunne lyses ikke reguleres op og ned automatisk i forbindelse med filmforevisning.
I et spændende samarbejde mellem Kino Kultur og ETOV lykkedes det at programmere en Raspberry Pi til at betjene det kinesiske system via WiFi og en specielt Bridge med forbindelse til lamperne i salen.
